As part of our expansion, we are seeking an HR Head – Global Operations to develop and lead talent management, total rewards, performance planning and coaching, broad based people leadership and hi-potential programs, succession planning, career development, upskilling and internal mobility practices for our workforce across US, Europe, Middle East and Asia.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel, you will provide support and execute our global HR strategies and practices, including preparing L&D programs, total rewards, and talent acquisition frameworks; and building scalable global programs and processes whilst delivering on the overall talent objectives for the company.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Core Talent Processes
  • Building succession plans and designing policies for employee career life cycles
  • Organizing annual and quarterly sessions for the purpose of reviewing performance
  • Planning and introducing digital HRM tools and practices including virtual hiring and onboarding programs
  • Calculating employee metrics (e.g. turnover rates, retention rates etc.) and preparing talent dashboards to provide actionable insights for talent interventions

Training and Development
  • Conducting skills gap analyses for the purpose of determining talent needs
  • Implementing a global learning management system (LMS) and designing and acquiring learning content to enhance knowledge and skills of our teams
  • Designing and delivering employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
  • Developing coaching and mentoring sessions for employees
  • Providing guidance to team members on leadership and development initiatives

Total Rewards
  • Serving as an advisor in all aspects of total rewards design, planning and administration processes
  • Performing benchmarking exercises and analyses to align with industry best practices on global total rewards strategies
  • Reviewing existing total rewards schemes and identifying areas of improvement
  • Developing, implementing, and administering compensation and benefits programs and ensuring competitiveness with respect to different job markets and regions

Talent Acquisition
  • Overseeing sourcing, interviewing and hiring processes for ensuring that our company attracts and selects high-performing associates across our international presence

Organization Design and Effectiveness
  • Defining the responsibilities of each role by creating organizational charts and job descriptions

  • 5+ years of broad HR experience with a heavy focus on compensation strategy and reward programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (Master’s degree, CIPD, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP would be a plus)
  • Experience in designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management
  • Self-directed, seasoned leader with experience in rapidly implementing new tools and processes and ability to handle numerous projects in parallel
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and independently
  • Substantial problem-solving skills with strategic focus on process mapping, task management and execution
  • Strong time and program management, teamwork, execution, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work against tight timelines in a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding team player with the ability to work with and influence people at all levels in a global environment
