Carrie is an expert in organizational transformation.  She helps organizations undergoing rapid evolution optimize their talent equation and has deep practical experience in two specific areas:   Human Resources and Client Centricity/Customer Experience.   Carrie has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a master’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.   She also holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Carrie speaks the language of senior business executives in a variety of functions because she has more than likely sat in their chair. Her passion is connecting client needs with talent solutions that can drive the business forward.  She is a recognized expert in her field, having published articles for both HR Executive Magazine and the The Staffing Stream.

She brings 25 years of executive experience from a variety of senior HR and business line positions in Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries including Financial Services, Consumer Products, Building Products, and Automotive.  Her most recent Corporate Role was as Head of Client Experience and COO Chief of Staff for Citi Retail Services.  She transitioned to work in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory in 2016 to focus exclusively with leaders on unleashing performance through thoughtful talent strategies.

Carrie is deeply devoted to the community in which she lives and works.  She is on the Board of Directors for Girls on the Run Atlanta,  is a Second Century Member of Girl Scouts of Atlanta where she volunteers much of her time inspiring girls to unlock their potential, and leads the Service Provider Committee for the Human Resources Leadership Forum of Atlanta.
