Lisa is a well-experienced Executive Search, Leadership Assessment and Advisor delivering diverse leadership solutions across Consumer, Food & Beverage and Industrial markets globally. Her work spans functions and leadership levels through to C-Level. Lisa will also collaborate closely with the firm’s Human Capital & Human Resources Practice, and she will leverage her former alignment with the CFO Practice to contribute to the firm’s strength in the area of Corporate Finance as well. She has a successful track record of delivering diverse slates of candidates to her client base spanning the Fortune 500, Private Equity and privately held companies.
With a passion for aligning the right leaders to specific client situations, Lisa operates as a value business partner to their clients, advancing their businesses through top talent, while also advancing the careers and professional experiences of her candidates. She has been well-recognized by her clients for her expertise and personal engagement in the talent and business mission of their organizations. Prior to joining August Leadership, Lisa was a partner with three New York headquartered, global executive search enterprises. She launched her search career within the Private Equity environment and as an executive search partner, she continues to provide solutions to this very special client base with its very unique requirements.
Lisa currently serves on the Board of the Perth Leadership Institute and she is a member of Women in the Boardroom, Association for Talent Development, HR People & Strategy, SHRM and she has been affiliated with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals. She has spoken on the topic of leadership spanning corporate, trade and academic groups, including UCONN’s Executive MBA Program and she was quoted in the book, From Cinderella to CEO.
