She specializes in sourcing the most exceptional candidates across sectors in international development, including public health, life sciences, climate change, environment, advocacy, agriculture research, and development finance.
Susan is also conversant with private-sector talent placements in manufacturing and financial services. She has provided practical HR solutions to many organizations in Africa and is well versed in all areas of HR management practice.
She has successfully filled roles for organizations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the African Economic Research Consortium (AERC), African Development Bank, The African Agricultural Technologies Foundation (AATF), The Nature Conservancy (TNC), The Pacific Community(SPC), and UNEP to name a few.
Susan is a qualified Executive Coach and certified to assess Psychometrics and Emotional Intelligence in Leadership using reputable tools such as Hogan Assessments and PSI’s Emotional Intelligence Profiling (EIP3). She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University and is currently pursuing a PhD in Human Resources Development.
