Key Responsibilities:
· Develop comprehensive policies and procedures that outline the standards and requirements for data integrity and completion. These should cover data collection, storage, processing, and reporting processes.
· Continuously monitor the performance dashboards and identify opportunities to enhance data visualization, accuracy, and usability for decision making.
· Generate an update dashboard and insightful reports based on available information to support data-driven decision making.
· Conduct analysis of performance data and identify areas for improvement, such as data quality issues or inefficiencies in data entry processes.
· Develop strategies and recommendations for enhancing CRM systems and BI systems to improve performance management reporting and insights.

· Provide training and support to the amplify team on data input/ process in CRM for performance reporting and decision making.
· Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with data integrity and completion processes. These audits should identify any gaps or non-compliance issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
· Support ad hoc data and analysis requests as needed, translating them into tools and metrics.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends, analytical tools, and methodologies. Continuously develop skills in data analysis, visualization techniques, and statistical analysis to enhance the quality and depth of insights provided.
· Bachelor's or master's degree in computer information systems, business administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 4 to 5 years of data science, data analytics,business intelligence, or related experience.
· Proficient in SQL & Advanced Excel and Python.
· Good interpersonal skills, detail oriented,self-motivated, and organized
· Ability to prioritize task, multitask, and work in afast-paced environment across multiple time zones
· Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
