Aman Haque is a Partner and Head of Global Operations at August Leadership, where he draws on more than 20 years of international leadership across Asia, Europe, and the US. Blending expertise in HR, management consulting, and communications, he partners with organizations to accelerate transformation, build resilient leadership teams, and secure top C-suite talent. His career spans industries from petrochemicals and energy to financial services, media, and industrials, giving him a uniquely cross-sector perspective on talent and organizational growth.
Before joining August Leadership, Aman was the Vice President of HR at Engro Corporation, one of Asia’s leading conglomerates. His tenure at Engro was marked by his pivotal work in talent management, and sustainability, where he developed leadership strategies and also led corporate social responsibility initiatives, enhancing the company’s impact across South Asia.
Aman’s earlier career includes roles with KPMG and Deloitte, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and due diligence for private equity clients. Today, Aman continues to focus on empowering organizations to unlock their leadership potential and drive sustained growth.
