With over 20 years of experience in brand management, retail marketing, and sustainability, Andrea has worked at the highest levels for Walmart, Hershey, and PepsiCo. Her leadership experience includes roles such as Senior VP at Walmart Stores, where she led teams in private brands, sourcing, sustainability, and marketing.

A marketing professor at the David Eccles School of Business, Andrea has helped shape the future of business leaders through her academic contributions. Andrea also served as VP of Global Chocolate at Hershey, where she was responsible for platform innovation for global brands. Her deep understanding of digital transformation, consumer goods, and sustainable business practices allows her to bring valuable insights into the executive search and consulting world.
