Arnaud Tesson

Prior to joining August Leadership, Arnaud served as a senior partner at Egon Zehnder, where he was a core member of the board advisory practice and led the US asset management and insurance segments of the financial services practice. He brings a track record of executing high-stakes recruitment and assessment mandates across the financial services and private equity sectors globally. Arnaud’s governance expertise is anchored by a strong foundation in corporate strategy, M&A, and operational leadership. He began his career in mergers and acquisitions in Paris, NY and London before advising financial services, retail, and technology clients as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company in Boston and Hong Kong. He subsequently held multiple senior management roles at Capital One Financial Corporation, including Head of International Business Development and Country Head for France.

Arnaud earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he was recognized as a Tuck Scholar, as well as dual bachelor degrees from Paris Dauphine University and the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po). A committed advocate for environmental preservation, he serves on the Board of Ambassadors of the New England Aquarium. He and his wife share their time between Paris and Boston.
