Arne is a strategic advisor and connector of transformative leadership, specializing in top management roles across consumer, retail, industrial, technology & innovation, professional services, digital transformation, media, and marketing. In addition to executive search, he leads Scan Up, an assessment business that equips organizations with sharper insights to unlock leadership potential.
With over two decades of experience, Arne has served as a sales and board leader in global organizations before moving into consulting in 2001. Rising quickly to the Management Board of one of Germany’s leading human capital advisory firms, he built and led practices in Personnel Consulting and Diagnostics, enabling companies to identify, empower, and elevate talent into drivers of transformation. Since joining August Leadership in 2021, he has continued to accelerate leadership impact across industries and borders.
A trained management coach and expert in digitization and technology in recruiting, Arne serves as Chairman of the Executive Board of the Association of Executive Search in the Federal Association of German Management Consultancies, where he is a navigator shaping the future of the profession.
