Carolyn Boyle

Before joining August Leadership, Carolyn was a Senior Partner at a leading retained executive search firm in Seattle, where she focused on high-growth technology companies worldwide. She has also led global engagements for major travel and retail firms, developing leadership pipelines that foster market expansion and transformational impact. Earlier in her career, she worked with three of the world’s largest executive search firms, based in the US, Japan, and Australia.

Carolyn works closely with AI/ML, eCommerce, Gaming, FinTech, HealthTech, PropTech, Enterprise Software, and Cloud Technologies organizations to attract exceptional leaders capable of creating ripple effects that advance business strategy and accelerate transformation. Her industry expertise extends to executive roles critical to business innovation and growth, such as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Digital Officer (CDO), and Chief Data Officer (CDAO). Outside of work, Carolyn is a passionate home cook and an advocate for local farmers’ markets. Her love for exploring new cultures and planning travel adventures, reflects the curiosity and drive she brings to her professional work, constantly pushing for new solutions and growth opportunities.
