Constance Kassouf

Constance joined August Leadership after a twelve-year career at Caldwell Partners where she was a leader in the global Investment Banking practice. She was previously a partner at CT Partners, where she was a leader in the Investment Banking and Private Equity practices, as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Prior to CT Partners, she was a senior partner at Hedrick & Struggles and Westwood Partners. Constance has a proven track record of delivering human capital solutions, supporting top executives, and placing high-impact leaders across the financial sector.

Before transitioning into executive search, Constance began her career as an investment banker at Drexel Burnham Lambert, followed by key roles at JP Morgan and Credit Suisse. Beyond her professional achievements, Constance is dedicated to supporting education in the fine arts and advocating for human rights.
