She has a deep understanding of the intricacies of the defense, national security, and intelligence industries and organizational landscapes, bringing significant expertise, insight and leadership capabilities to her clients. Faith's proficiency in leading retained C-Suite and VP-level executive searches reflects her strategic acumen and commitment to identifying top-tier talent across industries and their intersections.  

Prior to executive search, Faith's career began as a Cryptologic Analyst in the U.S. Air Force under the National Security Agency. Following her active-duty service, she continued her work within various Department of Defense agencies and deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq in support of U.S. Army forces. She later joined the Department of Homeland Security's Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), where she specialized in trade-based money laundering, gold smuggling, wildlife trafficking, and weapons trafficking. 

At HSI’s Trade Transparency Unit, Faith provided expert training to law enforcement agencies in partner countries such as Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, and the United Kingdom. She holds a degree in International Relations and Foreign Policy from American University School of International Service.
