With over 20 years of legal leadership experience across in-house and private practice, Farah Haider brings a global, business-first perspective to legal talent advisory and executive search. Having held various legal leadership positions and lead legal teams for global multibillion companies previously, Farah specializes in helping Fortune 500 companies build and transform high-performing legal teams, placing General Counsels, Deputy General Counsels, and senior legal executives who drive business success.
Farah’s deep sector expertise spans Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT), with firsthand experience navigating complex regulatory and compliance landscapes across APAC and EMEA. She has worked closely with global telecommunications giants and aviation-focused technology companies, ensuring they attract legal talent capable of managing risk, compliance, and innovation at scale.
Beyond TMT, she leads General Counsel and senior in-house legal searches across technology, consumer, industrial, and financial services, helping organizations secure strategic, business-savvy legal leaders.
Prior to executive search, Farah led the legal function for a $17 billion telecommunications company, overseeing procurement, technology, operations, IP, real estate, HR, litigation, and regulatory matters. As a key member of the leadership team, she drove cost optimization strategies and built a litigation crisis management system to strengthen risk resilience.
Earlier in her career, at SITA, a global aviation technology solutions provider, she managed legal operations across MEA and South-Central Asia, negotiating complex agreements with airlines and airport authorities.
Farah is deeply committed to developing the next generation of legal leaders. She is an advocate for educational access and empowerment programs for young girls in underserved communities and actively supports initiatives providing aid to those affected by natural disasters.
Farah holds a Law degree from the University of London, UK, and a Master’s in Intellectual Property from York University, Canada. She is licensed to practice in Ontario, Canada.
