Honor Pollok brings over 20 years of executive search and leadership experience. She has led numerous high-profile placements in Chair, Non-Executive Director, CEO and the full spectrum of C-Suite roles. Her search expertise spans key commercial, financial, creative, human resource, functional, marketing, general management, technology, data, AI and digital leadership capability.
Her clients range from large global, multi-national, private, not-for-profit, public and family-owned businesses through to entrepreneurial start-ups and scale-ups. Honor began her executive search career at Korn Ferry, where she led the EMEA Media & Entertainment practice for nearly a decade. In 2020, Honor founded Kynigos Partners, where she expanded her work into broader cross-industry mandates, with a growing focus on Board-level roles, including Chairs and Non-Executive Directors.
Earlier in her career, Honor spent eight years at The Walt Disney Company leading international television operations, and began her professional journey in television production and distribution at ITV Plc. Honor is passionate about advancing gender diversity in leadership and is the founder of “The Honorable Women,” a network for female CEOs.
