Jerry McGrath

Before joining August Leadership, Jerry was the Managing Partner of Global HR Practice at DHR International, where he helped shape leadership strategies for global clients. He began his search career at Korn/Ferry International in 2002, managing client relationships and leading executive searches for clients across the Americas and Europe. Jerry’s extensive corporate experience includes senior HR roles at UBS, where he served as Global Head of Recruiting and Development, and Credit Suisse, MasterCard, and Deloitte & Touche.

Jerry’s career is defined by his ability to drive change through talent strategy, enabling organizations to thrive in a competitive environment. He specializes in placing leaders who catalyze transformation, strengthen organizational performance, and deliver sustainable results. Outside of his work, Jerry is an active board member in his community, contributing to local development initiatives and supporting youth leadership through Scouts USA.
