Her focus has been on leading top-level executive searches for a broad range of clients across a range of sectors, including agriculture and bio tech, consumer packaged goods, financial services, food, flavor and ingredients, industrial specialty chemicals and manufacturing, life sciences, professional services & consulting operations, personal care & beauty.

Katarina brings more than two decades of professional services and advisory experience to August Leadership, including tenures with leading global executive search firms Boyden, Heidrick & Struggles and strategy consulting firm McKinsey & Company.

Katarina is a graduate of Cologne University of Applied Sciences in Köln, Germany, and holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. Born and raised in Germany, Katarina resides in Hudson, OH today. She has worked and lived in Düsseldorf, Germany, Paris, France, and New York City for most of her professional life. She is fluent in English, German andFrench.
