Lukas Beech

As a Partner at August Leadership, Lukas leverages his multicultural background and fluency in German, English, and Korean to build strong leadership teams for international companies operating in Asia. His ability to align strategy with execution has made him a trusted advisor, particularly for companies looking to drive transformative growth in diverse markets. Before joining August Leadership, Lukas served as a Partner at DHR Global, where he represented industrial practice in Seoul. He also co-founded Nowak & Partner, a management consulting firm, where he led the executive search and recruitment department as Director of HR Services.

Lukas’s unique ability to bridge cultures, industries, and business models enables him to identify and place transformative leaders who drive organizational success. He is an active member of the business community, a mentor through the German government’s Asia Accelerator program, and co-founder of the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Korea. Lukas is also a KEA World Class New Zealander and serves as a representative for the Victoria University of Wellington alumni in Korea.
