Lukas Beech

Operating from a dual base in Korea and Malaysia, Lukas provides clients with deep access to senior talent networks across Asia. He serves as a strategic bridge between North Asian technology powerhouses, the emerging regional headquarters and innovation hubs of Southeast Asia, and the mature leadership markets of Europe and North America. Lukas specializes in complex mandates that require a blend of Industrial “know-how” and Digital “know-why,” ensuring clients secure leaders capable of driving innovation in an increasingly technology-dependent industrial landscape.

Born and raised in Germany and New Zealand and based in Seoul for two decades, Lukas brings a “third-culture” perspective to cross-border leadership appointments. Known for identifying “Hybrid Leaders” — executives who combine entrepreneurial drive, industrial operational rigor, and digital agility across Autonomous Systems and AI-enabled manufacturing — he acts as a cultural curator to ensure long-term organizational integration and success. Beyond his search practice, Lukas mentors for the German government’s Asia Accelerator, co-founded the New Zealand Chamber of Commerce in Korea, is recognized as a KEA World Class New Zealander, and represents Victoria University of Wellington alumni in Korea.
