Michelle Partipilo

Michelle is recognized for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and her ability to align leadership capability with long-term strategy, culture, and sustainable value creation. Having lived and worked across Canada and internationally, she brings a sophisticated global perspective to organizational culture, leadership alignment, and transformational change. A recognized thought leader, Michelle is a frequent speaker at leading business schools and industry associations, including NACO Canada, the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business, and Simon Fraser University’s Beedie School of Business. Beyond her executive search practice, Michelle is a dedicated advocate for leadership equity and organizational health through her work with Board Ready Women and the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. Her commitment to philanthropy is equally longstanding, having led initiatives for Covenant House Sleep Out, BC Children’s Wish Foundation, and Holiday Helpers.

Michelle is also a long-term champion of Junior Achievement. She previously supported the Canadian Business Hall of Fame and currently serves as the Integrity Partner leading the global inductee selection process for JA Worldwide’s Global Business Hall of Fame. Michelle holds an Advanced Certificate in Leadership & Culture from Cornell University through AESC, an AMROP University Certificate in Leadership Development and Training, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Queen’s University. Based in Calgary, Alberta, she enjoys playing polo, skiing in the mountains, and spending time outdoors with her dog.
