Paul Dupuis

Paul Dupuis is a board director, executive advisor and bestselling author with more than 35 years of international leadership experience across the Asia-Pacific region. He is the former CEO of the Japan and India operations of the world’s largest HR services firm and previously led the Asia-Pacific expansion of one of Japan’s largest recruitment organizations.
A member of Marshall Goldsmith’s prestigious100 Coaches network, Paul advises CEO’s, boards and executive teams on leadership, organizational transformation, business strategy and succession planning, helping organizations build high-performing, future-ready leadership teams. Paul is the Founder & CEO of Take-5 Global and serves as an Executive Advisor to Bain & Company. Drawing on more than 35 years of executive leadership experience, Paul combines CEO experience with board governance, executive coaching and strategic advisory work to help organizations navigate transformation, strengthen leadership capability and prepare the next generation of leaders. He is recognized across the Asia-Pacific region for his work in transformational leadership and executive development.
Based in Tokyo, Paul works bilingually in English and Japanese and supports organizations throughout the Asia-Pacific region. He is a member of the MBA faculty at Globis University, where he teaches courses on leadership, and is the creator of The Future Ready Leadership Gym™. He is also the bestselling author of The E5 Movement, serves as a non-executive director of a Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime-listed company, and sits on the board of HOPE International Sustainable Development Agency Japan. In 2021, he was recognized by Great Place to Work® India as Best Leader in Times of Crisis, honoring his exceptional leadership during periods of significant organizational and market disruption.
