Paul Dupuis

Paul is the Founder & CEO of Take-5 Global and serves as an Executive Advisor to Bain & Company. Drawing on more than 35 years of executive leadership experience, Paul combines CEO experience with board governance, executive coaching and strategic advisory work to help organizations navigate transformation, strengthen leadership capability and prepare the next generation of leaders. He is recognized across the Asia-Pacific region for his work in transformational leadership and executive development.

Based in Tokyo, Paul works bilingually in English and Japanese and supports organizations throughout the Asia-Pacific region. He is a member of the MBA faculty at Globis University, where he teaches courses on leadership, and is the creator of The Future Ready Leadership Gym™. He is also the bestselling author of The E5 Movement, serves as a non-executive director of a Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime-listed company, and sits on the board of HOPE International Sustainable Development Agency Japan.
