Rida Shaikh

Prior to joining August Leadership, Rida built her career in strategy consulting, working across South Asia and the Middle East with both private and public-sector clients. Her project experience spans market readiness and entry strategy, regional expansion, digital transformation, and M&A-related initiatives, including commercial diligence and integration support. This foundation gives her a strong understanding of how strategy, structure, and leadership intersect during periods of change.

At August Leadership, Rida is known for her ability to translate business strategy into precise leadership profiles, assess executives against future-state requirements, and develop a nuanced understanding of leaders within highly regulated and technically complex environments. Her work is informed by close exposure to senior executives across top organizations, enabling her to deliver practical, commercially grounded insights in high-stakes leadership decisions. Rida holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, graduating with a Gold Medal from a top business school in Pakistan.
