Thomas Fuller

As the corporate markets have evolved and governance issues moving to the forefront of the conversation, Tom has served as a key influencer of the direction of Board and C-Suite composition through his stewardship with client management teams. Before joining August Leadership, Thomas led the Consumer practice at ZRG Partners and founded the Epsen Fuller Group. His deep expertise in leadership development, coupled with his work in strategy and business transformation, has made him a trusted advisor to clients across various sectors.

Thomas entered the executive search profession following a successful 20-year career leading high-growth consumer brands. He is an NACD Certified Board Director & Governance Fellow and has served as Independent Director for public, private and non-profit organizations. Tom is the recipient of the AESC’s Eleanor Raynolds Award for Excellence in Executive Search & Commitment to the Community. Beyond his professional work, Thomas is a passionate advocate for fitness, having founded the Freedom Riders Cycling Club, which raises funds for cancer research. He is also leads Impact Paterson, a ministry supporting the Discipleship Houses for men in recovery.
