Tom Wilson

From 2019 to 2023, Tom led Global Talent Acquisition for Invesco, joining after the merger with OppenheimerFunds where he held the same role since 2012. Previously, he enjoyed a distinguished career at Merrill Lynch as an institutional salesman and senior manager. From 2005 to 2009, he served as Merrill’s Global Head of Talent Sourcing and Recruiting.

A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Tom has been an influential figure at Lime Connect, a nonprofit organization that partners with global brands to expand career opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Additionally, he serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Tom’s long-standing commitment to promoting diverse talent is matched by his passion for empowering leaders and building inclusive organizational cultures.
