Eugenio brings 41 years of executive experience from a variety of senior functional, business line, consulting, and board positions in Mexican, Canadian, and US companies. He has worked across industries, including banking, broader financial services, and executive search and consulting. After 17 years in banking, Eugenio transitioned to work in Executive Search and Leadership Advisory in 1997 to focus on conducting C-level executive searches in the Financial Sector and later broadening his reach to include other sectors and industries as well as board-level assignments.
Eugenio is a trusted advisor for senior executives within his clients’ organizations. Before becoming an executive search and leadership consultant, he held various senior executive positions in Corporate and Investment Banking, and CEO appointments at non-banking financial entities of well-known financial institutions. He began his professional career in Los Angeles, California. Eugenio has an excellent professional reputation as a search and leadership consultant and is known to have an unwavering commitment to exceeding his clients’ expectations in solving business leadership issues. He is passionate about understanding clients’ business strategies and linking strategy to execution by identifying the right talent to drive the business forward.
Eugenio is involved in the Mexican social and business community. He is a member of Club de Industriales and sits on the board of directors of Club de Golf Mexico in Mexico City. He is also a part of other public and non-public boards where he contributes to various committees.
