Peter has worked internationally and recruited across several different continents. Over 25 years he has seen how diversity equips organizations with superior problem-solving abilities and fuels their global ambition.
Peter started his career in marketing services, providing standards monitoring and merchandising support to retailers and CPG companies. He joined TMP Worldwide Executive Search in the late 1990s, initially supporting tech companies and later expanding to insurance, financial services, gaming, and non-profits.
His work spans all functional areas with considerable recent experience in sustainability, digital transformation, data sciences, risk management, underwriting, and actuarial.
