Passionate about appointing diverse candidates into leadership positions, she was a founding member of the 30% Club, GCC Chapter and Chair of Heidrick's DEI workstreams. The first half of Victoria’s career was based in Europe, where she led the Consumer, Digital Transformation & Data Practice for Boyden UK. 

She has completed over 500 leadership appointments for a broad array of international clients (PE/VC backed, Privately owned or Public entities). Victoria has a wide network with exceptional access to talent and trusted sources across multiple industry sectors, in particular consumer and tech-enabled growth. She has also built a strong track record of working with purposeful and sustainable businesses, including B-Corps and Renewables. In addition to Executive Search, Victoria is a qualified HOGAN assessor who develops effective leadership teams, plans succession, and coaches high-potential leaders.
