Walter Lee brings over three decades of leadership experience in the life sciences, healthcare, and medical industries, having worked with global organizations, private equity firms, and boards to drive innovation and elevate performance. His extensive career spans renowned companies such as Roche, Baxter, GE, Black & Decker, and Gambro, where he developed high-impact leadership teams and shaped talent strategies.
Walter’s work has centered on enabling growth through strategic leadership and governance, empowering both established organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. Walter supports entrepreneurs in startups, public institutions and NGOs with a focus on increasing access to better healthcare, particularly in resource-limited areas, through stronger leadership, innovation, and governance. A certified professional coach and psychometric assessment expert, Walter holds a deep knowledge of corporate governance and startup board governance.
Previously, he had founded HeidelRose, an executive leadership development company. Outside of work, Walter is an avid outdoorsman, enjoying cycling, wake-surfing, skiing, and hiking with his family in the Swiss mountains.
