Before joining August Leadership, Claire was a Partner at Eric Salmon & Partners. Prior, Claire spent ten years with Russell Reynolds Associates, where she worked in both Singapore and London, managing multi-regional searches with a particular focus on Asia and the UK. She has extensive experience in senior functional roles, including supply chain, marketing, sales, innovation, and HR, and has led multiple leadership and succession projects in these regions.
Prior to her career in search, Claire worked at Accenture for ten years, focusing on strategy, process redesign, and organizational change. Claire is fluent in French and English.
